1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Connglo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is owned and operated by AHS Dynamics LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Connglo is a B2B platform that connects businesses worldwide through a transparent tender system. The Platform allows businesses to:

  • Post business demands and requirements
  • Submit competitive offers to other businesses
  • Connect with verified suppliers and buyers
  • Conduct business transactions and communications

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The Platform is intended for legitimate business purposes only. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business and enter into binding agreements.

We may require verification of your business information. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Illegal substances: Trading in drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
  • Weapons and firearms: Sale or distribution of weapons, ammunition, or military equipment
  • Spam and fraud: Sending unsolicited communications or engaging in fraudulent activities

  • System interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

5.2 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.

6.2 Platform Content

The Platform and its content are owned by AHS Dynamics LLP and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

6.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post and its accuracy. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Technical difficulties or system failures
  • Force majeure events beyond our control
  • Security incidents requiring immediate action

We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@ahs-dynamics.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any reason at our sole discretion.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Platform Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10.2 Business Relationships

We are not a party to transactions between businesses on the Platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products or services offered by users.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AHS Dynamics LLP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you post on the Platform
  • Business transactions conducted through the Platform

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AHS Dynamics LLP is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
